Almost impossible! Please contact some agency from Žabljak and/or Daki from this forum and book in advance...

For transportation, bus from Tivat to Podgorica and then catch some bus/minivan from Podgorica to Žabljak (I don't know exact price but it's cheap). Taxi price depends from taxi driver .

I talked today to some of hotel owners at your place, they say there are no rooms, but there will be plenty of private rooms? Is that not true?
