Is the sliegh rides running and how much does it cost?

I don't know the exact name, but it's the one on top of 'Karaman Greben' ski lift. That's the four seater, left from hotel Grand.

I don't think it's more than 5 euro for a ride.

They are running, but only after the ski lifts are closed. The price for the basic 45min tour is 50 euro per person. There are some longer (and more expensive) tours available, but this one is completely ok, you get to see a lot.

Im looking forward to trying the mountain cafes. They seem to be very rustic.
